What to expect from a session
In a clarity breathwork session you’ll be lying down in a comfortable, safe space and guided to use active circular breathing for one hour, with time for relaxation and integration.
If you’re open and trust the process, you can expect an emotional release, especially if you have blocked or unresolved issues, and clarity around specific situations or patterns.
In most breathwork sessions you’ll leave feeling very light, clear, calm and happy.

The body has an inbuilt stress reliever- the breath. But deep breathing isn’t just about relaxing.
