We receive massages from Elke since 12 years, every time we come to Ibiza we are so much looking forward to have the pleasure to receive this exdrodinary, professional treatment, which is more then only a massage. She is following her call and does it with full devotion she feels into the body with the respective therapeutic requirements, at the same time the relaxation effect is never neglected. The way she treats and strokes the muscles is exceptional.She has magic hands.

Full body massage with high-quality Ayurvedic herbal oils.
Ayurvedic oil massages and treatments vitalise and nourish the body’s tissues uniquely. The whole organism relaxes and is supplied with new life and energy. All internal channels are opened and the body is stimulated to detoxify, renew the cells and heal.
The benefits are: increases circulation, lubricates the joints, stimulates the internal organs of the body, corrects indigestion, imparts muscle tone, moves the lymph, aids in detoxification, increases stamina, softens and smoothens skin, stimulates nerves, and is cleansing and moisturising. Available as a standalone massage booking.
A speciality massage, using the application of warm oil- running warm oil on the forehead.
This procedure has a profound impact on the nervous system. The treatment directly and immediately calms and relaxes, and has a cleansing effect on the mind and nerves.
Benefits: Calms the central nervous system, regulates blood pressure, supports the recovery process from a stroke, and helps with better concentration, headaches, psoriasis, and insomnia.
Please note that this massage can only be booked as a supplement with another massage.
A heating treatment with herbal stamps. The generated heat helps to pacify the aggravated Vata thus relieving the associated pain immediately. It also helps to reduce weight in combination with other treatments.
Other benefits include relief from Vata imbalance, arthritis, weakness of the veins and muscles, and stiffness.
An Ayurveda pressure massage, Thalodal stimulates and tightens the tissues and activates metabolism. In this way, toxins are excreted which activates Agni, strengthening digestion and relaxing the muscles.
Similar to Abhyanga whole-body massage, but without using oil. In the case of Kapha-induced inertia, Garshan causes increased metabolic activity and brings new freshness and vitality.
The powder massage is a dry massage and is used for the reduction of adipose tissue, has a detachment, is detoxifying and is also used for cellulite treatment. It creates velvety soft and delicate skin and also promotes blood circulation.
